06.12.08: some unreleased tunes have been added to the extras page. one being the alternate ending of epilogue in waves (see if i put that on the record it really would have been my last). the store is also back and for the first time ever you can download enarc and the mytotyc exyt ep, they are both 320k and have cover art included.

as for an update on the status of the next bitcrush record and dryft material: for bitcrush i have 2 songs that are nearing completion. both clocking in at 15 min or over (don't be scared 8^). i need to rerecord some of the sections for both of them and want to do that before i move ahead onto writing more for the album... as for dryft when time and feeling allow i work on music in that vein again...you may be saying "what vien...cell or exyt or!?" well a little of all i guess... plus for the first time since gridlock i dusted off some old equipment to get those crunchy kick drums that are oh-so-fun to make...there are 3 songs in various stages of completion. those will materialize on myspace when i feel they are done.

08.30.06: there has been a lack of updates on my part so there is a lot of news to report.

sutemos the lithuanian netlabel / webzine will be releasing a compilation that will be available soon at their site. the comp features a collaboration between subtractiveLAD and bitcrush.

uk photographer/videographer lyrical (liam frankland) is currently working on a video for "colder".

work has begun on new material as well as deconstruction of bitcrush material for the full band live set-up. the current cast of characters include myself, serge vladimiroff of the guilty party (guitar), paul stefan a.k.a. xoloder (bass) and steve watkins of scar tissue fame on drums. this "band" is still in the embryonic stage but things look very promising.

the dryft resurrection is on hold until there is more time to spend on it.
